We wish you loved the products you ordered. But in case you don't, or perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you, we'll issue you a refund.


Our Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date;
  • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached.
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return;
  • We offer free returns;
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.

BREEZE RIO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ALL PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO RETURN.


How to do an online return

To make an online return, follow these easy steps:


  1. Head to the RETURNS PAGE to create your return and print your shipping label
  2. Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box
  3. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible
  4. Find a USPS and drop off your package
  5. We’ll refund you within seven business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place


Refund Time

When we receive your package we’ll refund you within seven business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.


* Note: If you paid with a prepaid credit card and no longer have the card, contact the SUPPORT to initiate the return. Otherwise, the balance will be put back onto the prepaid card.

Shipping timing

Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution centre. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.
